The Face Buffer Pro

The Face Buffer Pro is made with antibacterial silicone and was engineered with independent dual motors that power sonic vibrations and two-way oscillations. Made for men’s thicker skin, The Face Buffer Pro is more effective and hygienic than using your hands.

To use:

1. Apply your favorite face wash directly onto the pad or to your face.
2. Press the top button to turn the device on and toggle through cleansing modes.
3. Change the intensity level with the bottom button.
4. Use circular motions, massaging the face wash into a lather.
5. The 60-second pulse reminder will help you gauge your perfect duration.
6. Rinse your face (and the device) of any excess cleanser and pat dry.

For best results, pair the device with a gentle face wash that has only chemical exfoliating properties—like our Face Wash!

Pro Tip: We recommend NOT using The Face Buffer Pro with a face scrub that has extra grit as it might be too harsh for your face.

There are two ways to hold The Face Buffer Pro:

1. Hold it like you would a computer mouse, allowing your hand to grasp the non-silicone surface of the device.

or

2. Split your fingers (as if you were greeting Mr. Spock!) then slide your split fingers in-between the handle and the silicone pad.

The Face Buffer Pro features three cleansing modes so you can select how deep a cleanse you get.

1. “Dual-Action Cleanse Mode”—gives you the best of both worlds and makes for the most thorough cleanse by using a combination of sonic vibrations and top pad oscillation.
2. “Daily Cleanse Mode” (sonic vibrations only)—uses sonic vibrations in only the large scrubber pad, offering a more gentle cleansing experience.
3. “Exfoliating Cleanse Mode” (top pad oscillation only)—uses the oscillating top pad only, offering a more targeted exfoliating experience.

Press the large oval button on the top of the device to turn the device on and toggle through the cleansing modes. Each consecutive press brings you to the next cleansing mode.

The Face Buffer Pro also offers you two vibration speed settings for a customizable experience. Switch between a vibration speed of 6,000 RPMs or 9,000 RPMs for your choice of a gentler or more powerful clean. To toggle between vibration intensities, while the device is on, press the small circular button beneath the power button.

Press the power button two more times to cycle the device off.

Once The Face Buffer Pro is off, engage the Travel Lock feature by pressing and holding the small circular button below the power button for three seconds. The device will engage/disengage the Travel Lock.

Pro Tip: While on, pressing and holding the power button for two seconds will automatically turn the device off without having to cycle. Next time the device is turned on, it will start in the mode the device was last turned off in.

Start with The Face Buffer Pro one to two times per week. Gradually increase use, up to daily, based on your skin’s needs. If irritation, dryness, or breakouts occur, use less frequently. Consult a dermatologist for personalized advice.

Pro Tip: Don’t overdo it. It’s best to start slowly, and then increase frequency as needed.

While everyone’s skin has its own needs, our gentle antibacterial silicone bristles and variety of cleansing settings allow customization for all skin types. With two intensity levels (High/Low) and three different cleansing modes, including a gentler “Daily Cleanse Mode”, it’s just a matter of finding the combination that works for you.

Yes! The Face Buffer Pro is IPX7* rated which means this device can be used and stored in the shower. However, it’s important that the user keep the rubber socket (charging input) cover closed when not actively charging the device.

*Meets the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Standard 60529 rating of IPX7 to protect against immersion in up to one meter of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.

Use the Type-C charging port on the bottom of the device handle. Be sure to close the rubber cover any time you are not actively charging the device. The device also has wireless charging capability — place the device handle-face down (buttons down) and it will begin charging.

Pro tip: Don’t have time for a full charge? A five-minute quick charge—enough juice for one quick cleanse—is available using the provided charging accessories.
